- Should have strong knowledge into Brokerage Operations.

- 10 + years experience in International Bank/Financial institution.

- Broad experience of banking environments and markets.

- Management of an Operations/Middle Office department or similar environment.

Main Job role and responsibilities :

- Define and implement the Brokerage Operations strategic plans, across multiple dimensions - customer offering, revenue, costs, balance sheet, capital and liquidity.

- Ensure Brokerage Operations delivers acceptable financial performance within acceptable risk parameters, maximizing RoE by delivering revenue, and managing cost, capital and risks
