Primary Responsibilities:
1. Strengthening performance of the Brand/Project Portfolio in line with the organizational goal
2. Involvement in developing the annual / project specific branding strategy based on product segment and customer profile
3. Develop Launch Plan for new projects including creating and executing launch initiatives and post launch market support activities
4. Plan and execute press release (domestic and international)
5. Work closely with the marketing team and Agency on the copy/ content and creative for advertisement and promotional campaigns
6. Preparing and tracking of marketing budget to ensure optimal use
7. Manage and develop creative agency relationships
8. Oversee development of logos, websites and on-site branding for several projects
9. Evaluate the brand communication mix for ATL/BTL promotional activities in line with product strategy
10. Work with management and leasing team to ensure timely and relevant promotion of projects through advertisements, events, press releases etc.
11. Provide inputs to Vendors on the development of communication material
12. Develop collaterals and other branding material (viz. welcome kit, letter etc.) and all promotional material including at exhibitions, etc.
13. Monitor competitor activities and based on the same undertake timely market intervention.
14. Oversee optimization of copy and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO). Execute search engine marketing (SEM) experiments & tests, oversee pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns.
15. Effectively managing and motivating a team.
