- We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, BPO Operations, Banking Services.

- This role is located in Bangalore, KA.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES.

- Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to define and implement operational strategies for BPO services in the Financial Space.

- Review and optimize global Financial BPO operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Develop and present business cases to support operational and technological initiatives.

- Lead transformational change projects, ensuring both financial and non-financial benefits are achieved.

- Work with key stakeholders to shape the strategic agenda for the lending function.

- Lead the Financial Solutions BU.

Qualifications:.

- Extensive experience in Banking Domain, with BPO Services.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record in delivering compelling presentations.

- Minimum of 18-20 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably overseeing operations of the BPO Services.
