VP - BD - Solution Selling/Project Sales - CXO Level

Our client an MNC- one of the top 20 executive search firms is looking for a Vice President Business Development Pune - experience of selling to CXO level a must

Positions is based in Pune

- He will be responsible for Pune business P&L account

- Position is reporting into the MD

- Should be engineer or at-least BSC/diploma holder - with mgmt degree preferably

- Should be 35 -45 years of age max.

- Should have done B to B sales at CXO level

- Should have done solution selling /project sales

- Either from advertising agency /PR agency - those who have handled accounts of industrial cos/automobiles or executive search industry

- Should have at-least headed a region

- Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidates with incentives earning potentials could be 30 lacs +
