VP - BD - eCommerce - B2B

Vice President- Business Development with 10 to 15 yrs experience @ Hyderabad

We are looking for an individual to own the organisation Business Development from top to bottom. You will help create a new foundation for the nation’s E-commerce and change the way millions of people interact and buy E-Merchandise / E-Services. You will be the Chief Pilot in the organisation Cockpit and you will be flying us to sky rocketing growth.

Job Responsibilities:

- Market and Sell Co. services to E-Commerce Merchants and Distributors.

- Identify new markets to expand our distribution network.

- Identify New services which will add value to Commoner, Distributors and the company as a whole.

- Incorporate newly identified services in the company distribution channel to increase value proposition for commoner and Distributors.

- Keep abreast of market and competitive information.

- Work with other business heads in the company as team lead them to growth path while spreading positive energy.

- Build sustainable and trust worthy brand across Nation by helping our COO

- Finding appropriate services/Products to be added in the organisation system to increase sales and Profitability.

- Financial planning understand how all of the above directly impacts on the financials.

- Ownership of Vendor Management/operations, Logistic, Affiliate Marketing etc.

- Maintain relationship with existing stake holders such as E Merchants, Distributors, Common people.

- Create a road map to reach more common people by Leading 20+ field sales staff to acquire new distributors.

- Work with Technology /Operations/Finance teams to build better organization

Abilities:

- Strong Business Ethics and should believe in open communication

- Outstanding organizational skills with proven ability to communicate across teams

- Experience in building B2B Distribution channel at PAN India level.
