Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the SLA’s between the company & the outsourced vendor are balanced
- Assisting in the drafting & signing of the SLA from both sides
- Be the single point of contact for clarification on for any SLA related metrics
- Helping establish the organization’s culture in the vendor premises
- Conducting monthly performance reviews of the vendor
- Overseeing the recruitment & operational strategy of the vendor.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement striving to understand root cause and Implement appropriate corrective actions when needed.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to increase productivity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with appropriate business, procurement and legal teams to ensure new services are captured appropriately in Agreements and SOWs.
- Create a culture of accountability, transparency and goodwill with the vendor and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation & communication skills. Deep understanding of vendor partner management.
- Proven skills at cultivating trust in working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple business teams.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical, problem solving skills and business acumen
- English fluency required, additionally Asian languages a plus Must be willing and able to travel approx 25%
- A minimum of 9 years experience in the BPO industry in India, with exposure to operational management of large teams and relevant experience managing multiple vendor or supply partners in medium to large organizations would be preferred.
