VP/AVP - Talent Acquisition - KPO/Analytics/BPO

Role - VP / AVP - Talent Acquisition (Head of TA for the KPO / Analytics BU for a Large Technology, BPO & KPO Setup)

Please note this is a specific requirement which requires the following :

- Minimum 12 years of HR experience and no more than 18 years

- Should have led major ramp ups of a few thousand people either in a BPO or analytics/knowledge management environment

- Experience of working with MNCs either IT or ITES

- Led large resourcing teams and well versed with latest resourcing strategies

- Prefer Candidates from Tier 1 MBA Institutes
