VP/AVP - Solution Architect - BFSI Domain

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Transaction banking - business and operations. At least 3-4 yrs of Ops experience. Overall exposure to cash management is required.

- Need a banker who understand technology. This is like a senior business analyst role, interfacing the Client & Product Development Team + Client Engagement team.

Domain Specialization is mandatory :

- Core banking

- Payments

- Trade finance or capital markets

- Central banking experience is preferred.

- Create, nurture and develop highly skilled associates, first through leading by example, supplemented by, formal and informal capability development initiatives; Manage the career aspirations of key talent while keeping a check on key associate risks

- Leading the transformation of how we work in collaboration with other leaders within the business unit and organization unit to enhance the engineering capability and responsiveness to achieve reliable execution

- Champion the best practices in terms of agile development, on-time and in-full release delivery and automation of devops to optimize the quality and predictability of deliverables
