Types of Plants: - Tool Room, Fabrication, Moulding, Electroplating, etc.

Qualification: Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Electrical is a must. Post Graduation will add advantage

Job Description:

Responsibilities

- Heading factory operations at all 04 locations in Maharashtra and Hyderabad, inclusive of manufacturing, customer support, vendor development, sourcing of raw material etc.

- Responsible for Delivering Quality product as the Client specification.

- Streamlining existing systems for achieving enhanced operational efficiency, productivity and improved product quality, resulting in increased satisfaction levels.

- Responsible for overall plant cost & Profitability.

- Responsible for implementing systems & processes.

- To maintain a cohesive & harmonious relationship with the Customers.

- Responsible for the Safety of Employees & Assets of the organisation.

Requirements

- Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels.

- Expertise in handling large- cross cultural teams with exceptional communication and relationship management skills

- Proficient in undertaking process enhancement, project management and capital investment, process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency

- Outstanding interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Confident manner and comfortable interacting with all levels of management

- Product knowledge of all products manufactured at all locations.
