Opening for VP & AVP - Quantitative Finance Analyst for Gurgaon location .

Role :

- The QFA will participate in audits of all aspects model development, validation, implementation and usage to provide independent assurance over the internal control framework for AI and ML models

Responsibilities :

- Contribute towards to the delivery of the model risk audit plan through model risk audits and issue validation.

- Develop understanding of processes related to AI and ML model risk management, understand key risks and controls.

- Work with stakeholders within various lines of business and control functions to assess the design and effectiveness of the AI and ML control environment relating to model risk management.

- Execute assigned audit work in a timely manner.

- Produce high quality audit workpapers, presenting issues to management as well as issue and report writing.

- Provide subject matter expert support to other audit teams and engage with business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage of the control environment for AI and ML models.

Mandatory Skills :

- Model development or model validation experience with Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning models, e.g., Natural Language Processing, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Tree / Ensemble approaches, and Reinforcement Learning.

- Strong understanding of the concepts of AI and ML models, explainability, transparency, and model bias.

- Sound organizational, analytical, quantitative, oral, and written communication skills.

Desired Skills:

- Ability to develop strong working relationships with teammates as well as executives.

- Ability to manage and deliver on-time multiple projects as needed.

- Self-motivation and high levels of intellectual curiosity to learn new areas and constructively review the existing applications.

- Internal/External Audit experience preferred but not required
