VP/AVP - Operations - Logistics/SCM Transport/CC/Freight Forwarding Industry

- This position is responsible to provide direction and execution to manage business development and operations with focus on ROI accountability for the entire Commercial Cargo & Freight Forwarding business.

- Responsible for planning strategic business objectives and also implementing systems and processes to monitor and report on performance against agreed key performance indicators across function/ locations in CCFF division.

- Expertise in managing business operations with key focus on top line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

- Establish new set ups and focus on multi fold increase in business turnover

- P&L responsibility of CCFF business - existing customer & new customer.

- Strategy planning, ROI accountability, Business set up/ Tie ups, Costing/ pricing, Defining SLAs/ TATs and IT integration
