We are hiring for a new startup in cab aggreagation business promoted by global professionals & eCommerce veterans in partnership with a leading global online cab booking player.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required to successfully perform the job:
- Relevant Experience: (6-8 years) in Operations in any Cab Services/ Fleet Operators
- Academic Qualification required: MBA graduate with an achiever's track record and a lot of energy
- Knowledge of Hindi & English
- Background with large exposure to managing a blue collared subscriber base
- Experience of handling large scale operations in the Car rental, Fleet, Courier, logistics, Taxi business or similar businesses and experience in leading multi-functional teams.
- Market savvy, with good PR & Communication skills
Job Description & Key Deliverables:
- To manage Branch Operations (Airport & City), Sales, Subscriber Relations & Retention, Allocation, Enforcement etc.
- To plan & drive all operational strategies related to the above functions.
- To lead and develop the team reporting to the role holder.
- Responsibility involves delivering Quality Services to consumers and ensuring high level of discipline in the subscribers.
- Responsibility includes establishing a subscriber hiring, training & orientation plan as per the deployment need for the city.
- To work with the maintenance teams in the city to ensure minimal down time of taxis through good maintenance practices. Ensure plans/Schedules are implemented to constantly monitor vehicular performance
- To manage staffing, performance management and retention strategies for the location
- To ensure high level of satisfaction among the DSE so as to foster retention of existing DSE and have a pipeline of new DSE
- Build relationships and ensure tie ups with best in class and branded Operators. Work with Customer Service, CRM, Technical, Product, Operations and Marketing team in ensuring the branch realizes its supply potential.
- City wise supply planning, strategy & tie ups.
- Ensuring all days of the week and peak times, have sufficient supply to cater to the demand generated.
- Put together the best & successful practices from other players
- Other responsibilities include, develop and manage relationships with vendors and other business partners along with defining success metrics and monitor the performance of team.
- The individual should understand the end-to-end service delivery process and provide the required managerial support to deliver a world-class experience to the customer.
