VP/ AVP - Operations

We are hiring VP / AVP - Operations for a leading Product Company based out of Bangalore.

Experience: 5 - 12 Years

Key Responsibilities

B2B - Customer Management

- Manage customer relationships

- Responsible for churn management

- Build ways to improve usage

- Manage and deliver on all customer queries

- Be responsible for renewals (farming)

- Participate in the product development

- Engage with offline support team to work on non usage accounts

- Work with sales team to ensure the renewals are on time

B2C - Product Ops

- Work on different needs from different products

- Manage teams involved in verification team, data curation team

- Manage incoming appointments

- Manage team which deals with the appointments booking

- Connect with telco operators to ensure smooth operations

- Manage multiple teams working towards serving the users
