Requisites:
- Post Graduate from IIMs or any Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes with 5 - 11 years of experience.
- Experience in Ecommerce companies preferred.
- Need a suitable senior Marketing professional with a successful track record in accelerating the customer acquisition, largely through digital, and or other cost effective routes, at a rapid rate.
- Worked in a consumer internet start-up or a mature start-up, and has successfully scaled up the firm to a large scale
- Someone who is hands on and has successfully scaled up customer acquisition in smart ways at a super rate, and is looking to get a bigger kick in being the milestone.

Role and Responsibility:
- Build and manage the brand marketing function, strategize, develop and execute multi-channel brand marketing and promotional programs that support brand ethos.
- Formulate and direct the overall marketing and communication strategy for all channels, so as to achieve the desired audience reach and targets.
- Manage ATL, BTL, onsite creative and campaign management activities to drive brand.
- Develop fantastic and attractive B2C marketing initiatives including events, partnerships, promotions, campaigns and loyalty, etc
- Impact on Revenue and market share growth: customer life cycle management and building marketing capability and spend Track -and -measure effectiveness.
- Go to market strategy: positioning, Strategic planning: Develop marketing strategies based on strong analytics
- Must have experience of handling both offline and online marketing in e-commerce companies.
- Entrepreneurial driven strategic thinking and ability to lead and drive critical business functions such as Brand, Marketing, Products, eCommerce is an essential requirement.
- Develop long term brand architecture for products with ability to execute in short -term with clear milestones aligned to the Vision of the Company.
- Should have team handling capabilities as well as should be hands on across across gamut of marketing activities (SEO/ SEM/ PPC/ Google Adwords/ Display/ Social Media marketing/ Viral marketing/ ATL/ BTL/ Activation/ Brand marketing etc
- Ownership of the P&L, Sales Target, and Market share Target, Spends and Profitability.
- Ownership of the Brand and corporate sales goals through short-term and long-term activities.
- Developing business plans, analysis and execution for the achievement of the same within budgets.
