Role : VP / AVP - IT Operations and Security

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

VP / AVP - IT Operations & Security will be responsible for spearheading IT Operations & Service Delivery role for the India operations.

- Setup an Infrastructure architecture with security controls to achieve functional workforce operating at full productivity.

- Achieve business continuity 24X7 by managing connectivity issues and ensure no revenue loss

- Ensure high quality service delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

- Implement IT framework across support structures enabling quick TAT and exceptional customer experience.

- Enable 100% security of clients' data and high compliance score

- Ensure network connectivity across India offices, to enhance resilience and ensure seamless workload shifts across geographies

- Provide IT infrastructure for 3000 employees across different locations in India.

- Ensure adherence to India's DOT and TRAI and other regulatory compliance norms.

- Advisor to Stake holder in the areas of Information Security, Risk assessment and mitigation, Business Continuity, Scalable and Resilient IT infrastructure.

Work Experience & Qualification:

- Full time Engineering degree in Computers/Electronics

- Around 15 years of experience in IT, out of which should have led IT dept. for at least 2+ years.

- Excellent Project Management skills

- Should provide excellent leadership to the IT team

- Superior communication skills to deal with International clients

- Excellent Techno-Commercial acumen with right blend of hands-on knowledge of cutting-edge technology

- Knowledge about HIPAA/Hi-Trust/Cyber security/ Soc2 Type 1 and Type 2 compliance.
