Hiring for a VP - External & Internal Communications for one of our Banking client based in Mumbai.
Job Role:
_ The role requires the person to handle both external and internal communications for the Bank.
- Create and build relationships with external stakeholders, Utilize media relationships to deliver coverage for relevant Global campaigns and positioning for the global businesses
- Collaborate with the regional and global Communications teams and other key stakeholders.
- Build budgets, financial plans and forecasts with supervisory assistance within country.
- Maintain accurate financial information, monitoring spend against expenditure.
- The person will also devise, manage, deliver and evaluate internal communications strategies, campaigns and tactics to enhance the Brand's reputation amongst several stakeholders (employees, potential employees, internal clients, senior management etc.), drive initiatives to increase awareness, engagement and employee satisfaction
- Collaboration with Brand & Comms team to facilitate group communications and guidelines within the group
- Facilitate or manage corporate events - internal or client visits related.
Role Requirements :
- Min 8 - 10 years of experience into a Communications role
- Good understanding in External and Internal Communications trends and international best practice.
- Strong communications experience and understanding of the financial sector, media environment and culture.
- Proven ability to operate within a global matrix and prioritize competing demands.
