VP/AVP - HRMIS - Banking Captive

Looking for a VP/AVP HRMIS, Reporting for an MNC captive based out of Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities of the position in brief:

- Development of strong working relationships with HR specialists and analytics colleagues regionally and globally to build and enhance reporting functionality

- Work with regional HR offices to understand the sub-functions and how these are recorded in the Global HR system

- Creative and proactive in providing HR analytics and metrics, as well as in constructing analytical tools for use by HR Advisors and business managers

- Ensuring Support and Reporting on various HR processes conducted annually for e.g. 9 Box, Advancement, Performance Evaluation, Market Data mapping, Employee Survey, Year End compensation, etc.

- Play lead role in year-end compensation planning, including contributing to summary of global compensation analytics for business leaders, creating and maintaining compensation tools specific to the needs of the business, contributing to annual PE budget and forecasting processes Ad Hoc reporting related to various HR Processes / Regions/ Businesses and Workforce

- Headcount Reporting: Monthly and weekly reports for Senior Management within HR and Front Office

- Periodic reporting and analysis of key hires and leavers with related TC run rate impact across the business.
