- Sales Head will be responsible for the expansion of Brand presence and drive sales volume, market share, as well as design and implement sales strategies at the PAN India level by enhancing distribution network
- Work and achieving desired targets through GT and Modern Trade Channels.
- The position will also be responsible for formulating sales strategies and should have experience in both Physical and online channels and a passion for legwork, training and motivating field team leads to achieve sales targets.
- Develop Sales plans, strategies and policies for effective implementation.
- Increase sales, market share and profitability
- Market intelligence
- Recruit, Develop and retain Quality workforce to achieve the predetermined SKU wise targets.
- Enhance Modern Trade and Institutional sales.
- Stock analysis and depo coordination.
- Receivable Management.
Ideal Candidate: -
- Candidate should be in the age group of 35-45 years
- MBA graduates from Tier1 or Tier2 institutions with 18 -25 years of sales experience in FMCG domain
- Last 5 years' experience should be in similar position
- Pan India experience a must
- FMCG - Hot Beverages or ready to eat segments. Candidates from Cold beverages not preferred.
- Candidates who have got entry in major FMCG brands through lateral entry
- Candidate should have very good experience in GT, MT and Institutional sales
- Should have worked with Regional/National level reputed brands
- Should have a good steady track record and not prefer candidates who have jumped jobs frequently
- Candidates from South India - with good communication skills in English, Hindi and south Indian regional languages.
- Candidate should be ready to work out of Kochi
