VP/AVP - Equity & Debt Advisory - IB

We are a leading Investment Banking firm based out of Powai, Mumbai.

We are looking for a CA’s/MBA’s for the position of Vice President/ Assistant Vice President (Equity & Debt
Advisory) in our firm. The brief job description would be as under -

- Sourcing the client and understanding their business.

- Financial Analysis and Preparation of Financial Model

- Preparation of Teaser and IM.

- Pitch with the bankers/FIs and NBFCs

- Meeting with the Bankers/FIs and presenting the proposal

- Resolving Queries

- Closure of the deal

Job requires a CA/MBA with having prior experience in corporate finance & having relationship with Bankers/FIs.
Only people with relevant experience of 4-8 years need to apply.

Candidates currently working with Private & Nationalised Bank/NBFCs would be given preference.
