1) Executing B2B business development and sales plans.

2) Hunting new partnerships and alliances with NBFCs, MFIs, small finance banks, housing finance corporations or HFCs.

3) Negotiating and closing deals including contracts and agreements.

4) Managing and expanding business operations in new markets.

5) Ensuring sustainable financial growth through relationship management.

6) Proposing solutions to maximize client opportunities.

7) Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on projects.

Requirements:

1) Post-Graduation with 15+ years of overall experience.

2) 10+ years in hunting NBFC or lending institutions business.

3) Proven experience with CXO/executive-level relationships.

4) Strong P&L management and analytical problem-solving skills.

5) Understanding of SaaS/APIs/Tech-based business models.
