VP/AVP - Debt Syndication- Real Estate

We are a leading Investment Banking firm based out of Powai, Mumbai.

We are looking for CA’s/ MBA’s for the position of Vice President/ Assistant Vice President, in our firm. The brief job description would be as under -

-Sourcing the clients and understanding their business requirements

-Financial Analysis and Preparation of Financial Model.

-Legal & Financial due diligence

-Pitch with the bankers/FIs and NBFC’s

-Meeting with the bankers/FIs and presenting the proposals.

-Resolving Queries

-Closure of the deal

Job requires a CA/MBA with having prior experience in corporate finance under real estate funding. Only people with relevant experience of 4-8 years in Real Estate Funding need to apply.
