Role Dimensions

The job holder is responsible for the management of the GBM Data Readiness offshore team in India and execution and reporting of the Data Strategy in line with GBM and Group-wide guidelines.

Role Context

- This role will be functionally managed by the Global Head of GBM Data Readiness.

- The job holder will be required to interface with senior leadership and individuals at all levels within GBM and HOST functions as well as with the other GB/ GF's.

- The job holder will play a proactive role in the Data Governance forums being put in place.

- The job holder is responsible for remediating and reporting data metrics and also for delivering key data improvement projects.

An experience of leading and managing preferably a data team within the Group for at least 8 years. (E)

- Subject Matter Expert in relation to Data Governance, Data Strategy, Data Quality and Data Management including proven working experience in relation to Data Standards, for at least 5-6 years. (E)

- Experience in driving and implementation of data requirements for Corporates i.e. GBM or CMB pertaining to Global Standards. (E)

- Strong communication and influencing skills. (E)

- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and ability to build and maintain relationships. (E)

- Proven experience in implementing organizational direction and overall strategic goals. (E)

- Proven project management skill sets certified with - i.e. MSP/ PMP/ PRINCE2. (D)

- The experience of thinking creatively and delivery of innovative solutions. (D)

- The experience of working with Group Data repositories and systems like GCDU, CfB, CFC, TREATS, ERDS, ISD. (D)

- Knowledge of Object Oriented Databases and Data Architecture. (D)

- Familiar with Qlickview operation (E)
