Role :AVP -Business Transformation - Automation

Requirements:

Qualification: Post-Graduate/Graduate

Work Experience:

- 10-12 yrs of overall experience (RPA/Workflow/Celonis/Power BI /Metric reporting Cloud - Azure/AWS)

- Experience in digital solution design that deliver intelligent automation capabilities to the business processes

- Experience in driving digital transformation across Finance (Client Financial services, Controllership etc),HR (Talent Acquisition,Hiring etc) ,Procurement verticals

- 9+ years of experience in conducting digital assessment, converting business process into automated intelligent process solutions, identify advanced analytics based automation opportunities

- Experience in Tool fitment analysis covering foundational metrics ,BOI and automation base measurable indicators

- Experience in conceptualizing information architecture, across multiple sub process to drive common business common business vocabulary, ontologies and taxonomies, to achieve consistency of information assets across the application portfolio

Key Skills:

- Well versed with Digital Technologies & leading analytics tools, AI and Analytics plus and have a proven track record of designing and implementing Digital solutions or platforms

- Ability to breakdown End to End process to identify automation opportunities and create automation roadmap for the business process

- Well versed with RPA ,dynamic workflows ,Advance analytics and AI ML based technologies and enterprise solution build on cloud platform - Azure/AWS/Google

- Should have delivered large scale end-end Digital Transformation projects or have brought about process improvement in their marketing operations

- Excellent Communication skills, result-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured

Role Objective:

- Develop thorough understanding of business process and conceptualize E2E automation journey across processes to deliver transformational efficiency & business outcome lift

- Drive transformational solutioning initiatives and automation interventions through digitization and advanced analytics to get real time insights of process health

- Drive automation across Finance and HR verticals using RPA,dynamic workflows,enterprise grade analytics solution , Cognitive Intelligence (Artificial Intelligence- ML, Neural Networks) to address process automation challenges such as unstructured and non-standard inputs, judgement

- Drive digital assessments across multiple verticals and deliver business impact through automation levers of improved scalability, efficiency, quality and reliability.

- To deliver end to end automation across process, identifying and deploying analytics & intelligent automation, defining single view reporting metrics to deliver optimized business outcomes.

- To ensure digital solution implementation conforming to established procedures, processes, guidelines and/or best practices.

- Develop short and long term strategic business plans to align resources to meet future customer needs and drive superior operating results
