Business Development - VP/AVP ( Real Estate Sector)

Looking for a position in Business Development (Real Estate) in Mumbai. This vacancy is for candidates who have prior experience of executing mandates in Real Estate.

Basically one must have hands on executing below transactions :

- PE Funding

- Financial modelling, Preparation of IM, PPT

- Loan against Property (LAP) - from NBFC

- Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) - from NBFC/MNC Banks

- Construction Finance - Nationalized Banks

- Structured Finance/NCDs- Centrum Wealth

- Making proposal for lender & collecting & sending information as per their requirement.
