Mandatory Requirements :
12 -17 years experience with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in handling the corporate financial function in similar organizations independently.
Qualification required : B.Com + CA
Key Responsibilities :
- Overall responsibility for consolidation & accounting matters.
- Review implementation and adherence of accounting standards by the team. Should have handled Accounts, Costing, Auditing and Taxation
- Coordinating with statutory audit team for finalization of accounts in an orderly and timely manner
- Ensure integrity of reported monthly / quarterly / annual P&L accounts and balance sheets by monitoring for time and accuracy variations.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of monthly and annual tax returns
- To guide and build the functional skills of the accounts team in the corporate office and factories.
