VP/Associate - Private Equity/Investment Banking

Job Title: Vice President/ Associate (depending on relevant work experience)

City: Mumbai/ Delhi

Role

- Financial analysis and modeling, research, valuation and screening of potential investments

- Drafting and appraisal of business plans and preparation of information memoranda

- Support in deal structuring

- Transaction management, due-diligence and deal execution

- Portfolio company monitoring and supporting corporate action related transaction work

Skills

- Strong analytical, modeling and business diagnostic skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Description of Position

The successful candidate will join a team of investment professionals based in Mumbai and Delhi focusing on private equity investments in India.

Education & Experience

1. MBA (Finance) from top tier B-school/ CA; Strong Academics

2. 6-10 years of overall experience in Investment Banking/PE
