VP/Associate Director US Tax

- Managing a cross-functional team which includes strategic work as well as operational activities

- Supporting the Enterprise Customer Tax Utility strategy, supporting new initiatives as needed and ongoing operations activities

- Coordinating with technology and Program Management as needed to deliver technology enablement

- Partnering with onshore Utility leaders in supporting strategic initiatives and operations activities

- Proactively working to identify additional offshore opportunities, partnering with Utility resource to explore opportunities for continued offshore expansion

- Maintaining, developing, and expanding a high performing operations team through effective hiring, coaching, and rigorous performance/talent management processes

- Fostering a success-oriented team environment where resources are empowered and accountable
