- The primary responsibility is to work towards achieving the annual sales targets for the key product
- Engage with the top advertisers/media houses in the country.
- Be responsible for driving Gross Margins from sales. Be responsible for collection from customers.
- Set up and drive clear Account management processes for all agencies, enterprise customers and other partners .
- Set up and manage the business tightly through internal review meetings, work closely with CEO in driving agenda.
- Report accurately the revenue performance and status of adv. sales activities.
- Be aware of the developments in the overall content space and influence product strategy and other business strategy as appropriate to drive business ahead.
- Have current knowledge of online and mobile architectures, development methodologies and testing processes.
- Have a collaborative style and be comfortable working within a matrix environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to operate comfortably at senior management levels across the organization
Desired Skills / Experience
- 12 – 15 years of overall experience in Media and Ad Sales
- Strong experience in leading sales teams and processes; strong experience in working with media agencies, large enterprise accounts with rigorous account management experience.
- Aware of the content ecosystem and complexities.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to negotiate and resolve conflict
Knowledge and contacts in Mumbai market a must
