Our client: a large IT/ITES Group with Global presence, having 5 centres in India is looking for a Vice President - Administration & Facilities in Noida.
Vice President - Administration & Facilities
Qualification: MBA’s/PGDBM
Experience: (15-20 yrs ) having worked as the Departmental Head for the last 2-3 yrs. Preference would be given to Ex - Armed/ Air force/ Navy personnel, have a commanding personality and a natural flair for Administration and Laisioning.

Overall Functional Scope:
- Provide hands on Leadership support to plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control overall Administrative & facilities
- Areas of responsibility include and do not limit to Administration, Security, transport, housekeeping, cafeteria, travel, access control, Vendor Management, EHS, Hospitality, contract labor management etc.
Responsibilities
- Facility management & Administration to make the set up, a world class business centre
- Propose, Develop and Maintain new infrastructure. viz: Guest accommodation, OHC, Canteen
- Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the entire facility & smooth functioning in a 24*7 environment
- Administer, Supervise & Control all services like Infrastructure, Facilities, Security, Transport, Canteen.
- Introduce new service in the offering;
- Improve and drive hospitality levels across all functions to provide best in class service;
- Develop future roadmap for Infrastructure & Support services to enhance overall customer and employee satisfaction;
- Develop and facilitate smooth liasioning with Govt. and Public Authorities - NDA, Police, Pollution, Factory Inspectors etc;
- Manage a team and drive accountability and service levels which exceed internal and external customer satisfaction;
- Establish best practices and service levels, tracking and control mechanism for efficient implementation of administrative activities;
- Plan, develop and implement a strategy to operationalize administrative management techniques so as to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timelines;
- Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance;
- Responsible for maintaining employee morale and safety by creating an efficient and safe working environment;
- Adhere to Quality and Safety standards as per company norms and drive to continuously improve the same;
- Essentially handled past operations in a 24*7 working environment
Location: Noida
- Local candidates from Noida preferred.
Budget: Approx range of 20-22 lac per annum & negotiable and not a limitation for the deserving candidate
