Role:VP/AD Risk & Monitoring

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Risk Assessment of credit applications presented by Sales Team.

- Assist / advise business promotion in structuring deals

- Provide independent recommendations for approval / decline / modification of credit lines

- Validate internal credit ratings (both quantitative and counterparty)

- Conduct / supervise credit portfolio review with emphasis on industry / economic developments

- Maintain the integrity of the portfolio through quality analysis of prospective exposure and proactive
monitoring

- Monitor and report portfolio exposure and risk. Provide an independent analysis of Risks.

- Close monitoring of stressed assets.

- Develop & maintain risk reporting systems.

- Assist Top Management and Board in understanding the risk, its measurement, and control methodology.

- Training junior team members in various aspects of credit risk management / mitigation.

- Control / overseeing post sanction monitoring of accounts (quarterly updates / project status reports etc)

- Review of client wise and portfolio level (Portfolio risk ratings, PD, LGD etc) to identify early warning signals and maintain the portfolio quality

- Establishing and maintaining a policy framework to identify, measure, monitor and control/manage all credit risk functions.

- Exploring possibilities of sale of NPAs.
