VP/AD - Credit Appraisal - Real Estate/Infra

VP / AD - Credit Appraisal in real estate / infastructure - Bank in Mumbai 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

- Project Appraisal – Appraisal of projects involving financial, technical, economic & risk analysis and evaluation of proposals. 

- Due Diligence – Experience in undertaking background check on the promoter / borrower and the project. 

- Transaction Ownership – Handling the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities including project evaluation/appraisal, structuring of the transaction preparation of term sheets/legal documents and negotiation thereof with the clients, security creation, loan disbursement, overseeing of principal and interest repayment and overall relationship management 

Requirements and Qualifications: 

- Good understanding of the financial markets and excellent financial modelling skills 

- 8+ years of strong relevant work experience 

- Proven ability to work under stress 

- Masters degree in finance (MBA) or a professional qualification (CA) is preferred 

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

- Should be an expert in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
