VP - Accounts & Finance/CFO - CA - Manufacturing Firm

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is a Mid Sized Manufacturing organization having multiple businesses and offices in India and overseas. They are growing rapidly and are looking for a smart manager to help them augment growth.

They are looking for a "VP Accounts and Finance / CFO " for their organization to join them as soon as possible. This is based at the Corporate HO in Mumbai/Thane. The incumbent will be responsible for managing Accounts, Finance and Taxation for multiple entities. He will also be responsible M&A, Fund Raising activities for the organization

To qualify for these positions you should :

- Be A Qualified Chartered Accountant (additional Qualifications welcome)

- Have at least 8 to 15 years of experience in the field of Accounts and Finance

- Have experience in Managing all aspects of Finance, Accounts and Taxation

- Have experience in working in Plant accounting and Auditing

- Have experience in Fund Raising, Private Equity etc (Preferred)

- Have hands on experience of working in SAP

- Must be a young person with High Energy and Dynamic in nature.

- Be currently from Mumbai/Thane/KDMC region or willing to relocate.
