Senior Manager B2B Business :

Voylla a front runner in jewellery business in India, with 40 + retails stores, 35 + Online partners and website that is a leader in the segment. Voylla is also a major supplier to many lifestyle retailers national and international. Voylla is seeking for experienced senior manager to expand the B2B foot print. Right candidate will be responsible for meeting business targets, by understanding mood boards and design briefs, working wih design team to get the right merchandise created, ensure timely delivery of the order.

Expected Profile :

- Experience of 5-8 years with established brand(s) in Lifestyle B2B sales

- Managing brands related to women lifestyle accessory retail categories will be a plus.

Key Macro Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

- To contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of a business strategy that maximizes the business unit's top and bottom line

- To own and inculcate a wholesome business view, for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing initiatives

Key Micro Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

- Work with the merchandising to create the lines that can be pushed to various channel, by developing a deep understanding of needs of each channel.

- Development and implementation of impact full B2B marketing strategy

- Conceives, implements and encourages innovations for ensuring business vitality

Additional :

Working in Companies like Ratan textiles / Rite concepts/GemPro, who export jewellery can also be looked at.
