Voylla Fashions Pvt. Ltd., India's largest online fashion jewellery brand is looking for Head of Marketing (Offline & Online) for its manufactured jewellery brand Voylla.
Scope :
- Managing the Demand Generation and Image Building initiatives, such that it creates the desired brand and business impact.
Expected Profile :
- Experience of 12-14 years with established brand(s) in Lifestyle Retail category, including Jewellery.
- Managing brands related to women lifestyle retail categories will be a plus.
- Critical experience in Brand and Retail Marketing is a must
- Should have experience in retail marketing across the key retail formats viz Online, EBO, LFS and MBO.
Key Macro Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- To strengthen the equity of brand Voylla, by creating significant affinity among the prospects, existing customers and channels.
- To contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of a business strategy that maximizes the brand top and bottom line
- To own and inculcate a wholesome business view, for creating and implementing comprehensive brand and marketing initiatives
- To build motivated and high performing teams through the effective leadership and line management to marketing staff
Key Micro Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- Works with the Managing Director/CEO and other Heads of function to influence the creation and communication of company and brand strategy, business priorities and targets
- Development and implementation of impactful brand strategy
- Conceives, implements and encourages brand innovations for ensuring the brand vitality
- Developing marketing strategy for new and existing products.
- Overseeing the budget and time bound implementation of marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR.
- Has a wide network within the key brand and marketing circles viz advertising agencies including digital, photographers, film makers, celebrities/talent managers and similar
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and growing consumer trends.
- Uses open feedback mechanisms from the operations team with other departments to ensure the integration of the marketing strategy with the overall corporate strategy
- Collaboration with Sales/Retail and VM teams for In-store marketing/promotions and for external ATL/BTL activities.
- Takes decisions on matters relating to the day to day marketing operation within their defined work area including the strategic planning of resources.
- Spends time in with retail Store teams and customers to understand and identify business critical issues in order to ensure the alignment of tactics and strategies; maintains and enhances the brand identity of Voylla in all Stores and related initiatives
- Works with the HR Business Partner to ensure people management and training issues are satisfactorily resolved and relevant HR policies and procedures are adhered to. Chairs disciplinary, grievance, capability hearings and appeals as required.
