Voylla is a leading brand in India in online Fashion Jewellery space. We are now looking at increasing our presence and customer reach by venturing in offline retail with aggressive plan of setting up various formats of stores - including exclusive brand stores. We have also started backward integration by establishing our own designing and manufacturing facility.

Director - SCM- would be responsible for managing the complete supply chain - from manufacturing to delivering the products to end customers via online / offline route and implement the omni-channel strategy. The role would also include managing the supply chain for our international expansion.

The selected candidate would report to the COO of the company. The candidate would need to be high energy passionate individual with great analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities :

Managing Operations :

- Managing complete operations - Sourcing, manufacturing, inbound operation, warehouse operations and outbound operations.

Operations Planning :

- Capacity Planning at various levels

- Purchase and Manufacturing planning to minimize the inventory risk and costs of operations

- Managing the balance in product launch capacity and minimizing the time to launch

- Selection of new warehouses

- Minimizing the time to customer and stores

- Ensuring Fill Rates in offline stores

- Planning multiple warehouse management

- Omni-channel strategy planning and implementation

Process Planning :

- Continuous evaluation of the processes and enhancements

- Liaison with technology team for implementation of improvements

Manpower Planning :

- Recruitment of manpower at different levels as per the business plan

- Setting up KRA's of the team

- Continuous skill enhancement of team members

Qualification / Job Requirements :

- B Tech and MBA from IIT/IIM/SP Jain

- 8 - 12 years of experience in managing operations involving large team sizes at different levels

- Strong leadership skills, decision making skills and analytical skills

- Eye for details, numbers and accuracy

- Adaptable to fast pace environment and changing priorities

- Hands-on approach

- Customer satisfaction driven approach

- High Integrity and ethical standards
