Voylla.com India’s fastest growing jewellery & accessories ecommerce company is looking for Director Marketing who will share senior management vision in building customer awareness and engagement strategy to enhance company’s web presence and deliver the best customer experience for lifestyle products online.

- The job responsibilities will include but not limited to developing and managing new and existing online (primarily) demonstrated expertise in team management and creative thinking.

- This position will be responsible for developing smart and efficient plans for existing and new marketing programs across multiple sales channels.

- This is a hand's on position requiring a strong understanding of implementing, overseeing and growing a diverse marketing strategy.

- The ideal candidate would have primary responsibility for implementing and managing such programs in the past.

- As a senior leader, the Director will create and establish best practices across the orgs and partner with Technology and Retail teams in streamlining the processes that are essential for marketing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Execute best practice strategies and methodologies to maximize company's e-commerce marketing programs adhering to the budget assigned

- Develop strategies for delivering sales and customer targets for paid search, affiliate marketing, display advertising, and social media marketing.

- Oversee customer retention, reactivation, website personalization, retargeting, social media, referral marketing, and other marketing and promotional activities.

- Identify, design, and analyze new brand-appropriate online marketing initiatives and partnerships.

- Drive the strategy, planning, and execution of email marketing.

- Conduct business analysis, drive and document business requirements, plans and specifications for key marketing programs and new initiatives.

- Assist with sales targets, analyze, and optimize campaign performance by channel.

- Review, evaluate, and prioritize current and proposed marketing enhancements against business and customer needs.

- Develop a strong understanding of the fashion industry and customer expectations.

- Oversee offline marketing efforts and develop new strategies and marketing channels.

- Partner with sourcing team to execute site-merchandising initiatives in regards to pricing, promotions, and presentation.

- Manage, Coach, and Mentor department staff and maintain budget and develop tracking mechanisms.

- Communicate report and share key programs and results to senior management on a consistent basis.

- Manage relationships with marketing vendors and other third parties on behalf of company.

Qualifications:

- B Tech, MBA from premier institutes on India

- E-commerce marketing and retail experience required.

- 6+ years marketing management experience.

- Excellent analytical and prioritization skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations.

- Ability to grasp technical and business problems and be able to quickly formulate ideas with incomplete information.

- Effective negotiation skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in affiliate marketing and familiarity with leading networks.

- Experience with SEM/SEO,direct marketing, retargeting and mobile ad network

- Passion to work in a start-up environment with a motive to deliver best customer experience
