Job Description:

Voylla is a leading brand in India in online Fashion Jewellery space. We are now looking at increasing our presence and customer reach by establishing offline presence with an aggressive plan of opening exclusive brand stores.

With our own inhouse designing capabilities, manufacturing plant and online and offline presence, we will be a highly operations intensive company and - Director - Operations Analytics- is expected to plan and measure and drive efficiency in complete operations of the organization.

The selected candidate would be responsible for planning the inventory in cost efficient manner to secure and enhance margins, measure efficiency and effectiveness of various other operational processes and availability of relevant data to various teams.

The selected candidate would report to the COO of the company. The candidate would need to be high energy passionate individual with great analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Managing complete Operations Analytics :

- Forward planning of inventory and its composition

- Recommendation to SCM team on purchase and manufacturing decisions

- Measurement of operational effectiveness - defining KPIs and measuring these on continuous basis

- Understanding of various data sources and bring information together in meaningful manner

- Data reporting to Accounts team

- Managing Back office operations to ensure integrity of data

- Liasioning with technology team to create automated data reporting systems

Manpower Planning :

- Building a team of high capability data analysts

- Setting up KRAs of the team

- Continuous skill enhancement of team members

Qualification / Job Requirements :

- B Tech from IITs / Graduate from Economics / statistical background + MBA from premier Institutes.

- 8 - 12 years of experience in managing operations / analytics team

- Strong decision making skills and analytical skills

- Eye for details, numbers and accuracy

- Extensive Excel / Access / SQL / SPSS / R skills

- Adaptable to fast pace environment and changing priorities

- Hands-on approach

- High Integrity and ethical standards

- Prior experience in E-commerce is plus
