Voyants Solutions - Public Private Partnership/Financial Analyst - Urban Infrastructure

Roles/Responsibilities:

- He / She will be working on financial analysis and modelling of urban infrastructure projects.

- Calculating costing of the Project & doing Financial Modelling of same.

- Support clients with business strategy, project structuring & planning, market analysis, financial feasibility, project valuation, operations design and implementation, and regulatory due diligence.

- Provide Financial & technical consultancy on PPP projects.

- Facilities Financial modelling to determine the terms of the partnership agreement for revenue maximization.

- Preparing feasibility reports and detailed project reports.

- Assisting Client in tender processing to hire the Concessionaire/s.

Desired Profile :

- Hands on experience in preparing Financial Model /PPP model for infrastructure projects.

- Should have prepared Demand Assessment and Financial Feasibility of the projects in Detailed Feasibility report(s).

- Lead and direct multiple projects, negotiating fees and other terms of engagement.

Qualification :

- Any Graduate with MBA (Infrastructure Management/ Finance)

- Preference will be given to Engineering Graduates

Experience :

- 4 to 10 Years of relevant experience
