We need a Customer Collection Representative that is responsible for managing client accounts by collecting outstanding payments and negotiating payment plans. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to collect outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment plans as necessary.
- Update customer records with payment information.
- Notify customers of delinquent accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the collection process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or customer service.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collection software.
