If you're a proactive and aggressive go-getter, we want you on our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our cutting-edge SaaS solution! We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company.

- The SDR will work closely with our seasoned sales professionals to support various aspects of the sales process and contribute to the growth of our client base.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Research potential clients and industries to identify new business opportunities.

- Assist in creating and maintaining a database of prospective clients.

- Generate leads through various channels,such as emails, messages, calls and LinkedIn

Aggressive Outreach:

- Lead the charge in prospecting potential clients through targeted outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.

- Your aggressive approach will be the driving force behind building our sales pipeline.

- Collaborative Spirit: Partner closely with our sales team to deliver high-quality leads, providing them with valuable insights to ensure a seamless handoff.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

- Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

- Assist in managing and organizing the sales pipeline.

Market Research:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

- Contribute insights and recommendations based on market research findings.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with Account Executive, including marketing & product development, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or recent graduate).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Prior experience of working as SDR for North America & EMEA region

- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced sales environment.

- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
