Responsible at a regional level for maintaining strong relationships with the brand sales and planning team to devise and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business opportunities and increase Retail penetration and wholesale coverage
- Market intelligence and competition monitoring
- To achieve Retail, Wholesale and Insurance penetration for the region as per set target
- Ensure zero tolerance on deferrals and PDD front
- Training of Dealer / Dealer Staff with regards to Policy / Products / Schemes launched / updates from time to time
- Responsible for the quality of portfolio, transaction monitoring, customer engagement, market development
- Build a Profitable Portfolio
- Establishing collaboration with Collection, Credit, Risk, Operation & other Departments for smooth line of operation
- Dealer management, driving the business through effective relationship management and service deliverables including faster decision and overall TAT
- Customer relationship management
- Ensure completion of tasks / projects given from time to time
