In line with the company's internal operation process, this position is responsible for coordinating and organizing the area's Brand Strategic Business Unit and dealers for VWFPL's business to achieve company sales target :
- This position is engaged to stimulate and develop VWFPL's business (including retail and wholesale, Insurance, Extended Warranty etc.) within his/her allocated dealership(s)/locations to achieve annual sales target.
- This position is responsible to maintain a close relationship at his location in his/her responsible dealership (s) by making analysis in dealer performance, attending dealer and Brand Strategic Business Unit meetings, assisting dealers for their daily business workflow and systematic operation to improve dealers- VWFPL's business.
- This position is responsible for allocated dealer training in all aspects of business in his/her responsible dealership(s) in order to support dealers to master more knowledge about VWFPL's business.
- This position ensures sufficient communication with dealers on payment issues including payment limit, documents follow up, etc.
Sales target achievement :
- To successfully achieve annual sales target assigned by the Area Sales Manager based on the VWFPL overall annual sales target.
- To assist dealer sales management for making sales plan in retail loan business based on dealers- monthly or quarterly sales performance.
- To to achieve annual wholesale target within allocated dealership(s) and maintain zero SOT's
Dealer Relationship Management :
- To analyze target dealer performance by using sales tools.
- To attend dealer meetings so as to improve dealers sales performance by gathering dealer recent information (sales state, stock aged cars, sales volume etc.), collecting dealers- enquiry and problem, recording open issues and feed backing to Business Coordination Team for problem solving.
- To assist dealers to sign and update the dealer cooperation agreement and appendix. To ensure timely resubmission of wholesale limits documents.
- To assist dealer to design and calculate subsidy proposal in order to improve dealers- stock aged cars volume.
- To be actively involved in marketing and strategic initiatives of dealerships to help them sell more car as finance is an eabler for car sale.
Training support & Dealer staff :
- To organize and provide coaching for dealer staff in retail, wholesale &Insurance business including VWFPL's basic knowledge, retail loan business, wholesale business, Insurance Business and sales skill advanced knowledge and any other training topic assigned by Sales Department.
- To prepare and update training materials to meet the individual or dealers- request.
Payment/ documents follow up :
- To ensure that post disbursal documents(PDD- s) submitted in stipulated time.
- To ensure all dealer recons and queries to be immediately resolved.
- To ensure that dealer staff logins the files.
- To ensure that in case of cancellation of contract, dealer immediately refunds the amount with all requisite charges.
