The Digital Marketing Executive will work in a supporting role within the marketing team, implementing high quality marketing campaigns, centred around direct marketing communications through electronic media. The Executive will employ a professional marketing skill-set with good digital and communications skills and a proven track record of working within a dynamic, fast paced and deadline driven environment.
This role will require expertise in all areas of digital marketing communications to multiple audiences including all aspects of website design, maintenance and reporting, direct email campaigns, social media and SEO.
Responsibilities: -
- Day to day maintenance and monitoring of website, social media, CRM and contact database
- Creating and effectively distributing all digital marketing materials
- Improving the websites content and user experience to increase engagement
- Executing campaigns, increasing traffic and improving page rankings
- Copy writing for digital audiences, including content, display banners, email templates, widgets, landing pages, search etc.
- Monitoring and evaluating digital marketing campaigns success using performance reporting and analytics and making recommendations for amendments and improvements
- Conducting market research to assess demand, brand positioning ad awareness
Desirable Skills / Competencies:
- A qualified digital marketer, to at least degree level, with 1 - 1.5 years experience
- Demonstrate sound understanding of the latest advancements in digital media and ability to effectively utilise these to generate leads
- Well developed, fast and accurate copy writing and proof reading skills - has experience in writing for all digital marketing mediums (on-line, advertising, email etc).
- Able to demonstrate a full understanding of web & app analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), SEO and campaign development
- Experience implementing multi-platform social media campaigns
- Ability to report and analyse digital marketing responses for all channels
- Competent in researching and assimilating information without supervision
- Good level of numeracy, including the ability to work within an allocated budget
