Voice & Accent Trainer - BPO

Job Description:

- Training new joinees and existing associates on communication, language, voice & accent, Grammar, customer service and conversational skills.

- Ensure post training improvement by monitoring calls and provide feedback to ensure constant improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

UG: Any Specialization

- Min 1 year experience in International V&A / Soft skills

- Strong Training Ability & Experience in ITES industry as V&A Trainer

- Excellent Spoken and Written Communication Skills

- Good understanding of Indian-isms, functional Grammar and MTI

- Good Administrative exp
