Based out of any upcountry location in Rest of Tamil Nadu (not Chennai)

Reporting to VP Sales & Marketing Head & Dotted Line reporting to Sales Head

Performs essential functions in the areas of overall Zone Management, new product development & implementation, sales target achievement etc. Responsible for MIS Generation for the region. The job role also involves initiating/planning relationship building activities to retain the existing customers and attracting the new ones. Also coordinates with distributors & channel partners to drive numbers

- Responsible for overall management of Zone activities and maintains profitability of the Zone.

- Identifies potential areas/ product line for development and its implementation.

- Develops the chain of dealer, distributors & retailers.

- Achieves budgeted sales and collection targets.

- Initiates innovative relationship building activities to ensure Customer Relation & Retention.

- Interacts with Channel Partners & Distributors to drive numbers and performance review.

- Takes initiatives for cost reduction, revenue enhancement and business generation through activities like reduction in SAC to a reasonable level.

- Increases awareness about marketing, VAS, CRM, BSCS and IN to ensure self-development.

TYPICAL OUTPUTS

- Marketing: Daily interaction with Marketing/Branding Department to take inputs on how to drive numbers, inputs on products/schemes, execution of actual promotions etc.

- Billing & Collections: Daily interaction with Billing & Collections Department to take their views on chances of customer fraud on new schemes, chances of channel partners/dealer frauds etc.

- Finance: Daily interaction with Finance Department to generate cash for new processes/schemes, dealer payment etc.

- Customer Service: Daily interaction with Customer Service Department for product briefing, communicating process changes and new schemes, gathering customer feedback etc.

External

- Channel Partners/Distributors: Continuous interaction with channel partners/distributors to drive numbers, performance reviews etc.
