Designation : Senior Manager - Training
Location : Pune
Job Responsibilities :
- Service Partner Training Mngt-Emsure Training delivery as per National standard through service partners.
- Regularly review the Training SLA's and certification scores of Training batch.
Training Delivery Management :
- Ensure national targets on certification scores are achieved, both in-house and Service partners (SP)
- Share responsibility with Operations on initial three months performance of New joinees both in-house and Service partners (SP)
Refresher : Ensure 90% of population gets covered under refresher program/ monthly,(in-house & SP)
- Measure impact of training-performance improvement pre & post training, (in-house & SP)
Learning/Knowledge Management :
- Ensure that all training support systems & processes are managed such that they are able to maintain 100% effectiveness on the operations floor.
People Management : Performance management of trainers and TTT's for regularly up-skilling them
Experience/Skills :
- 8-10 years of experience
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Basic Content management skills
- Team management & people-development skills
- Service mindset
- Role model - leadership & achiever
- Facilitator & counselor
- Balance between process-orientation & learning management
