Role purpose:
- To help design and execute the overall segment strategy based on customer insights in order to increase the segment revenue and profitability.
- To lead specific projects within the segment strategy that support new customer acquisitions and segment share.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Support segment head in creating annual segment plan and strategic roadmap.
- Initiate and generate innovation ideas to drive new customer acquisitions along with consumer insights team.
- Lead and execute cross functional delivery projects on segment specific acquisition and U&R projects.
- Support segment head and work with CVM team to define BTL/Upselling and retention strategy.
- Design GTM activities in line with the segment strategy along with S&D /circles and Product and Services teams.
- Provide inputs on pricing and product development based on consumer insights to P&S team.
- Review and shape the communication plans working closely with Brand team to ensure that all ATL & BTL communication is in line with segment positioning and strategy.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Significant experience in marketing field (B2C experience) - at least 7 to 8 years of experience.
- MBA Degree holder.
- Brand management experience.
- Project management and analytical thinking skills
- Preferable FMCG industry experience
