Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Conceptualize and design of new prepaid products
- Product development and launch within timelines
- Product performance v/s DB or business case
- Post launch evaluation in terms of analysis and customer understanding
- Developing Go-to-Market action plans with circle teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of product launch.
- Ensuring product KPI delivery as planned and budgeted

- Working in teams

- Ability to drive and influence circles to drive product performance
- Product and project management
- Communication skills, customer centricity and analytical capability
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Post Graduate with MBA
- Telecom experience in sales / product marketing
