- Executing direct sales strategies to maximize revenues from sales to SMEs (- Rs. 50 cr. annual turnover) in the zone and associated branch
- Expansion of SME customer base through promotional activities (such as demos and in-campus/in-company presentations)
- Managing the budget to target and acquire SME customers
Sales:
- Achieve sales target for all voice products (Postpaid / Prepaid), VAS and business solutions (incl. Data, handsets etc.) to SMEs
- Monitor sales performance (incl. key order conversions, open calls status) on an ongoing basis towards achievement of targets by FOS
- Ensure pipeline buildup with - farming- existing accounts, potential conversions and new prospects
Revenue:
- Deliver revenue target for sales to SMEs across all products
Budgetary Control:
- Achieve savings on budgeted acquisition and marketing cost
People:
- Coaching, mentoring and retention of sales representatives and team members
- Management of off-roll employees and sales agencies
Financial (Limits/ Mandates Etc.):
- Ownership of the total revenue target for sales to SMEs
- Control of SME budget for marketing, sales, people
Non Financial:
- Monthly goal-setting, reviews and progress-monitoring of sales representatives and team members
- Coaching channel managers and trade FOS on driving sales via new avenues of acquisition
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends, new acquisition possibilities, company policies and sales process

Education:
- Management Graduate
- Prior B2B sales experience
