- Training needs identification and analysis, develop training calendar, ensure implementation of the same. Monitor effectiveness of training interventions.
- Drive various OD interventions during the year, hence acting as catalysts to bring the desired changes in the culture of the business unit.
- Drive various Vodafone specific development programs in the business unit.
- Identify High potential individuals in the organisation across the levels and drive the career progression plan for them.
- Succession planning for all the key positions in the business unit.
- Manage the quality orientation of the new hires in the organisation.
- Drive the Reward and Recognition culture in the organisation.
- Building a culture of fun@workplace thereby creating an engaged workforce by leading a team of individuals from across functions and levels.
